SharePoint Consultancy Services
Our approach covers the following areas. Please get in touch if you would like more information about any of the subjects covered.
Infrastructure
Working out if you have / need the right hardware to build whatever you need to build. Likewise we can make suggestions and improvements to your existing topology.
Configuration or Development
Working out what can can be achieved using ‘out of the box’ features vs custom development
Business mapping
Understanding the needs of the business. This include interviews, meetings, workshops and fact-finding sessions to ensure we have as full a picture as possible of what’s required. Then we map these requirements against the functionality of the system so we ensure every aspect of the business needs are addressed both now and in the future.
Project scoping
We all want accurate estimates right? By identifying and investigating specific customisation and integration requirements we can accurately scope the project and provide appropriate estimates and timescales.
System analysis
Once we have fully mapped and scoped the project we’ll present a detailed design document of the elements of the SharePoint solution within the organization. This will be used in conjunction with the project plan and first iteration.
SharePoint Configuration / SharePoint Development
Once the data has been gathered, design begins, once we have some design we begin the development. As soon as there is enough to test, we begin testing. All designed to produce the first iteration of the deliverable. All will be transparent, collaborative and will have stakeholder participation throughout.
Training and documentation
Once the project has been delivered and the solution is in place, Collabr8 can deliver training to the users, either on-site or through training documentation.
Post implementation review
At a previously agreed interval after delivery we will review the system and evaluate how well it met the objectives of the project. We can make recommendations based on the result, and the objective as to how to achieve the maximum benefit from the new solution.
